PlateMan 4.0 calculates amperes, ampere-minutes, time and metal consumption for all of your plating jobs and prints work instructions for your operators. The program also provides you with the cost calculations you need to accurately price jobs as well as the information you need to determine throughput or perform capacity evaluations.
PlateMan gives both you and your customers the ability to achieve the same results time-after-time. With three levels of security, PlateMan offers easy and secure access to your customer's previous batch specifications saving time and reducing paperwork.

PlateMan 4.0 installs on any Windows compatible computer. Once installed, use of the program is intuitive. The On-Line Manual guides you through the steps needed to add the information about your various processes and parts. You can add information for up to 5 layers of plating which can be chosen in any sequence from up to 40 different user-defined plating tanks. Once you complete these simple steps, you are ready to generate the information needed for each batch of parts.

System Requirements
IBM compatible computer Pentium or better, equipped with Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista, 64MB of RAM and a hard drive with 100 MB of available space, Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP compatible printer and Microsoft Word.
